The project will generate EUR 15,013 ths. in revenues (incl. VAT) and EUR 3,840 ths. in costs (incl. VAT). At the same time, capital investments at the beginning of the project create a VAT shield for the entire planning period. Net cash flow over 10 years will amount to EUR 11,173 ths.
The net present value of the project is calculated using the conventional formula. The 10th period includes the liquidation value of the object, which is calculated as the difference between the initial investment and the depreciation for the whole period. The discount rate corresponds to the yield of government debt of Ukraine (13% for the first year, 9% for the second, 7% for the third, 6% for the fourth and 5% for the fifth and subsequent years. The net present value of the project on the planning horizon is EUR 12,011 ths.
