About the project

The project of construction of the solar electricity plant (SEP) “Boryspilska SES” is being implemented on the basis of the same company in the form of a limited liability company and envisages the construction of a SEP with a peak capacity of 9.9 MW on a plot of 20 ha, located in the territory of the Boryspil region. The total cost of the project is 8 659 406.50 Euro.

The start of the project is February 2020. Commissioning – June 2021. Electricity production begins in July 2021.

For terrestrial SEPs, which will be commissioned from 01/01/2021 to 12/31/2021, the green tariff is set at 0.109 Euro per kWh excluding VAT.

“Boryspilska SES” LLC is a subsidiary of “CLOSED UNDEVERSIFIED VENTURE CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND “DK-INVESTMENT” JOINT STOCK COMPANY – private venture investment fund with an investment focus in finance, IT and e-commerce, logistics, agriculture and alternative energy.

“Boryspilska SES” LLC was created as a holder of ownership rights to the construction object. Investors who wish to co-invest in “Boryspilska SES” are offered to purchase a share in the authorized capital of “Boryspilska SES” LLC at a price that will correspond to the investment value of the asset, taking into account the premium.
